YAYA DIVINE BECHEM also known artistically as SLYM HARLEY
was born on the 15th september in kumba, Cameroon.
He is from a family of 7 being the 4th amongst 6 boys and sister who happens to be the Benjamin of the family from a religious background. His Dad is a pastor, he became an instrumentalist from a very tender age as he played in church which as well also assisted his musical carrier in his production skills.
Having a Degree in Biochemistry and later on moved to Nigeria to follow his passion for the last 8 years.
Single good looking young man with too much talent as he officially started his carrier in Nigeria in 2016 in Lagos nigeria in which he has a single with *2Face idebia* “One Day” ther singles include “My baby” , “African body my life“ and 2 collaboration with Cameroon afro artist *Emcee* titled “Fiesta” and “One chance”

His life in lagos and everything he went through was metored by some music icons who thought him to believe in himself like IYANYA,SEAN TIZZLE,SOLID STAR,TEKNO AS WELL AS 2BABA

Growing up in music he has always loved Jay z for his style and uniqueness not forgetting the talent

“African body” is one of his greatest achievements as it brakes boundaries across Africa and south Africa in particular also in the top 10 of african songs on TRACE URBAN.

“WAIT” is a song that contains a blend with dancehall R&B and Afro pop in it not only is it emotional but it also makes you believe in the fact that true love is patient and can Wait no mater how long it takes but don’t fall in with your heart and forget using your head

His ambition is to change music to something bigger also wipe that mentality from many that think music does not have value in and create a blueprint for them to follow true a collective effort with his team and fans not forgetting his family.
