Fecafoot continues to humiliate Cameroonian football with scandals and mismanagement. The S.G of Fecafoot (Benjamin Didier Banlock) was given disciplinary Sanction by the interim president of Fecafoot Seydou Mbombo Njoya.
Interim chairman of Fecafoot Seydou Mbombo Njoya is a potential candidate for the elections that will be organized in a few months before AFCON TOTAL ENERGY 2021. When asked the reason for the sanction the chairman said it was due to some internal issues which he did not clearly reveal. It is believed that the sanction is due to the S.G s proximity to football legend Samuel Eto fils, who is also a potential candidate for the job, Fecafoot s president. The SG was replaced by Parfait Siki, who works already as the Federations Communication Officer. Cameroon’s football federation must have an elected chairman before the debut of 2021 TOTAL AFCON.
