Satia Philip known by his stage name as Philz is a Cameroonian-born rapper, producer, and sound engineer currently residing in Beijing China. Philz attended Bishop Rogan Minor Seminary in Buea and St. Augustine’s College in Kumbo. He later moved to London, UK where he studied for a degree in Business Management and graduated with an MBA in Finance.
In the past years, Philz has produced mixed and mastered Albums for Ghanaian artists such as Garv (90s Baby), Jac45 (Mama), Kanala Music, Miccado, Mashete, and lots of other artists from various parts of the world currently residing in China.
Philz love and passion for music dates to Bamenda, where he grew up. He started by watching western music on television and was inspired to start rapping which eventually led to him making beats and acting as a DJ for various local school parties.
Currently working full time in music and entertainment out of his home studio in Beijing, Philz plans to consistently supply amazing afro hits.
