Tenor has been temporary freed from prison

Following the hearing of Erica Mouliom’s Case on Monday, 27th September 2021 at the Bonanjo Court of First Instance, Tenor was granted conditional freedom.

Tenor has been released on probation from the New Bell Prison in Douala where he has been for the past months. Tenor was charged for man slaughtering, and reckless driving that took the life of a girl Erica Mouliom. He had earlier demanded a provisional release to help him follow up the treatment of his broken arm.

Tenor temporally freed from prison

According to prison sources, Tenor’s arm needed serious attention as it has gotten infected, thereby the reason for the temporal release. Nevertheless, Tenor is said to return to court on October 27th 2021 for the continuation of his case.

Of course, as expected, this news of Tenor’s release from prison wasn’t received happily by Erica’s side of the case. Spokesperson for Erica MOULIOM’s Family, Alphonse AYISSI ABENA  had this to say;

“Everything was tied up so that he could be free from the start of the proceedings. The defendant was never questioned by lawyers for the defendants of the deceased. The accident car had no insurance policy and the driver never proved that he holds a valid driver’s license not even a photocopy. This is annoying. Why would you want to maintain frustrations and grudges in the hearts of those who only ask for justice?”

The rapper is still under close supervision but shall be done while he’s out of prison. As it stands, he is out of prison but not free.
