Updates on Artist Tenor’s Lawsuit. The image of Tenor and mum in court surfaces on social media today. The rapper seems to have undergone physical transformations, and could barely be recognised. His recent physical looks reveals how affected he is after what happened on the 15th of July. Following the death of Erika Mouliom, the 21 year-old girl. Erika died in a car crash at Feu Rouge Bessengue in Douala, involving Cameroon artist Tenor.
Tenor has been in New bell prison all this while now. From the Updates on artist Tenor’s lawsuit, we heard from his lawyer that he had accepted all charges levied against him. That’s for man slaughtering and reckless driving. Also, on September 6th, he demanded provisional release which was rejected.
The deceased Father, Mr, Mouliom confirmed on his recent media outing the reason behind his persistent in the case. He said when he asked Tenor to come and marry his daughter, he wasn’t demanding for more. Me Mouliom simply expected him to come with his parents to ask for forgiveness. But revealed that since his daughter died, he has not recieved a phone call from them. And it is for these reasons why he is so bent on the case of Tenor cause to him he needs to learn his lesson.
Recent updates on Artist Tenor’s lawsuit shows that the court session scheduled today was blocked due to a petition of Recusation. Regulation is the disqualification of a judge or jury by reason of prejudice or conflict of interest. And this regulation of the judge (Mrs Dibobe Epoupa) came from Erika’s camp.
The complainants (Erika’s camp) are of the argument that the judge does not give freedom to the lawyers to pose enough proof. As they are out to proof that Erika’s death was a case of murder. While the recusation is being treated, the case has been pushed forward to the 20th of September.
