[Wow]: Cameroon’s Music Sensation, Wams aka Mr. Klassic, To Perform Latest Hits at World Youth Forum in Egypt

Cameroon’s rising social entrepreneur artist, Wams mrKlassic, shall grace the World Youth Forum, with some of his best hit songs. He was confirmed as the main artist to perform at the opening and closing ceremonies of the global youth event build for Sharm el-Sheik, Egypt from November 3 to 6, 2018. Over 30 thousand youths from across the world, are expected to throng the Sharm el Sheik Theatre hall for the forum.
Wams mrKlassic is expected to perform ‘Newsman’ and ‘Earthsong’, two hits that address societal issues while providing palpable solutions to solve them. The song ‘Newsman’, projects the ills that mar journalism practice, while ‘Earthsong’ exhumes the various environmental malpractices rocking the world today. He is also going to entertain a private audience with his yet-to-be-released African folk tune titled Yayawindo.
In an exclusive interview, the artist indicated that the forum will give him a platform to continue his advocacy against some societal ills, to an even bigger and global audience.
“Well, it’s what I have always wanted and worked towards. I’m excited but not surprised. I want to use this platform to get my voice and music heard globally. I shall be having musical intercourse with peers from across the globe. Above all, music for a good cause; Peace and sustainability,” Wams posited.
He added that, upon his return, he will transfer experience and empower other young musicians on peacebuilding and sustainability.
